Earlier, the mayor of Togliatti Nikolai Renz said that arson was viewed as a likely version of a major forest fire in the city.
A case was initiated on the fact of the fire.
On July 10, the Togliatti administration announced the introduction of an emergency regime in the city due to a large forest fire.
