The company said: The accident occurred last week on a flight to Charlotte, North Carolina, when the passenger tried to open the plane's door in the air, and some of the flight attendants were restrained for the safety and security of passengers and crew.

She stated that the woman was taken to the hospital;

To examine her mental health, and put her name on the list of banned from traveling on domestic flights until the completion of the investigations.
