The Osaka District Court, Japan, has decided to permit the use of the exhibition hall in relation to an application for an injunction filed by a civic group whose permission to use the exhibition hall was revoked while trying to hold the 'Unfreedom of Expression Kansai', which exhibits a statue of a girl.
The court's decision on the application for injunction takes effect immediately, so it is expected that the statue exhibition will be held on the 16th and 18th as scheduled.
