He calls on the Head of State Félix Tshisekedi to respect the values he defended when he was an opponent: "
He must not put in place measures which exclude the candidates, measures which politicize the Ceni, measures which trap the process.
He must reassure everyone.
It must put an inclusive process.
He must play this role, as the guarantor of the nation, so that every citizen feels at ease in the process, so that all the actors have confidence in the process.
