“An important decision - we managed to defend the opening of 41 polling stations for our fellow citizens living in Transnistria!

The Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Moldova has just canceled the decision of the Court of Appeal of July 8 to close 29 out of 42 polling stations, ”he wrote in Telegram.

According to RIA Novosti, earlier the Central Election Commission of Moldova decided to open 44 polling stations for residents of the territories controlled by Tiraspol.

This decision was contested.

By a court decision, the CEC reduced the number of polling stations to 41, and the Chisinau Court of Appeal decided to reduce the number of polling stations to 12.

After that, the CEC challenged the decision in the Supreme Court of Justice.
