Emergency services, police and an ambulance rushed out and located the person shortly after 9 p.m.
- We have been out with the police in a boat and picked up a man who was out swimming, says Magnus Jonsson, internal commander of the Rescue Service DalaMitt.
He believes that the man did not understand the seriousness of the situation.
- It is an inappropriate place to swim.
It was a couple of hundred meters above the power station, and there is current in the water, he says.
The swimming man is now well ashore and the call is over.
