Two investigations were immediately opened.
The first concerns "an attempted homicide on a person holding public authority, criminal association, refusal to comply with endangerment and thefts in assembly".
A man suspected of being the occupant of the vehicle that fled last night has since been arrested and taken into police custody.
The other investigation was opened on the count of "violence resulting in death without intention to kill".
It was entrusted to the General Inspectorate of the National Gendarmerie (IGGN) in order to clarify the circumstances of the use of the weapon by a gendarme, also placed in police custody this Monday morning as part of this procedure. .
