"At 21:40 Moscow time, the Crisis Management Center of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the KBR received a message that in the territory of the KBR, as a result of heavy rainfall in the form of heavy rain and squall wind, there was a partial power outage in all municipal districts," RIA Novosti message.
It is clarified that as of 23:40 Moscow time, residents of more than 2.5 thousand houses in the republic remain without power supply.
Earlier it was reported that about 24 thousand people from 11 urban districts of the Moscow region were left without electricity due to bad weather.
