Alexandra's patio is torn down by neighbors: "Does not feel safe"

Alexandra Stark lives in an apartment on the ground floor in Fornhöjden.

Almost daily, she has to pick up beer cans, plastic bags and cigarette butts from her patio due to neighbors messing up.
