Former President Yoon also said that his resignation was related to the handling of the Wolseong nuclear power plant case, and explained that the 'prosecution wanbak (completely deprived of the prosecution's investigation authority)' led to the request for an arrest warrant for the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy Baek Un-gyu.
