Among people belonging to the age group currently called to be vaccinated against Covid-19, it is indeed very likely that some of the 500

children torn from their families are found

during the years of lead in Argentina.

Between 1976 and 1983, the military junta eliminated more than 30,000 political opponents.

When they had babies, they were often entrusted to supporters of the regime.

As early as 1977, the grandmothers of these children deprived of their identity began to demonstrate every Thursday in front of the seat of government in the Place de Mai in Buenos Aires to demand the return of their grandchildren.

A fight that she has never stopped since, and that they continue today with this campaign.

They invite those who are vaccinated these days to post on social networks a photo of their vaccination record with the hashtag

#UnaDosisDeIdentidad

, "a dose of identity", as well as the message "

If you were born between 1975 and 1980, you might be one of the little kids we're looking for.

If you have any doubt about your identity, contact the Grandmothers.

"
