A science teacher reports a discussion with his students, they even gave him a demonstration of what he describes as "a

good way to get two weeks away from school

 ".

It is very simple.

Just pour a few drops of orange juice on the test.

The juice does not contain viruses.

It is the acidity of the liquid that breaks the device.

Several other products have proven themselves: lemon juice, coca cola, ketchup, soft drinks, etc.

These sorcerer's apprentices posted the manual on

Tik Tok

, the popular short video app for those under 20.

The titles are catchy.

For example "

Tired of going to school?

Do you want to have a positive Covid test?

Use orange juice

 ”.

These videos have gone viral in the country with 6.5 million views.

Despite the pandemic, teachers are fighting to keep classes going.

They call on parents to watch their children when they test themselves.

The trick will be very short anyway because any student positive on the self-test will then have to do a PCR and it will be more difficult to cheat.

According to the association of school and college directors, this phenomenon concerns a minority of students.

She also invites those who are interested in this type of scientific experiment to come to chemistry class.
