She indicated that she was able, through the surveillance cameras, to determine the location and time of the incident and the specifications of the defendant's car.
For its part, the Public Prosecution in Abu Dhabi explained;
During the video, the accused showed ostentatious behavior by destroying materials owned by a government company, which could encourage others to such irresponsible behavior, which reflects recklessness and disrespect for public property.
she added;
That the behavior of the accused is criminalized in accordance with Article 424 of the Federal Penal Code, which states that he shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding ten thousand dirhams, or by one of these two penalties for anyone who destroys or destroys property owned by others, whether immovable or movable, and rendering it invalid. for use or disable it in any way.
Article 46 of Decree-Law No. 5 of 2012 on Combating Information Technology Crimes states;
