Västerbotten is not alone in being green-listed by the Norwegians.
The entire country except six counties is free to cross the border without the requirement for quarantine.
Norrbotten, Värmland, Kronoberg, Jönköping, Kalmar and Blekinge will still have to wait for the green light.
The quarantine requirement disappears at midnight on the night of Monday 5 July.
