Mikael Persson is the director of P7's soldier's home and worked close to the 33-year-old on his home regiment outside Lund.

The two also met in connection with foreign service as UN soldiers in Mali.

- He went on to the police to be able to continue to make a difference.

Had he been allowed to live, he could have done so much more, says Mikael Persson cohesively.

Started collection

Mikael Persson is one of the driving forces behind the fundraiser that has now started after the murder of the 33-year-old.

- The money, so far SEK 350,000, will go to flowers at the funeral and a memorial plaque on P7.

The surplus will go in full to his partner and unborn children, says Mikael Persson.
