According to preliminary data, three people were injured, property was damaged.
The residents of the house have been evacuated.
The injured were hospitalized, ”the prosecutor’s office quoted TASS as saying.
The reasons for the incident are being established, emergency services are working on the spot.
Valery Sinkov, head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry's Main Directorate for the region, said that the three victims were in serious condition.
