A serious traffic accident occurred overnight from Thursday to Friday in Rennes.
At around 12:30 am, a 23-year-old young woman, who was walking on the ring road, was struck by a car at the exit of the Porte de Cleunay.
Polytraumatized, the victim was transported in absolute urgency to the CHU Pontchaillou.
After the accident, the driver of the vehicle fled.
An investigation has been opened to shed light on this accident.
