16 November 2017 The prosecutor of Siena returns to investigate the death of David Rossi, the head of communications of MPS bank who died on 6 March 2013 after falling from his office window. Two files, currently in model 45, or relating to facts not constituting a crime report, were opened following the interview given to Repubblica by the lawyer Luca Goracci, lawyer of Rossi's family, and the transmission of the Hyenas regarding what was declared by Lorenza Pieraccini, former secretary of the former CEO of the bank Fabrizio Viola.

The two files are aimed at ascertaining whether there are concrete elements that could lead to the reopening of the investigation into Rossi's death, which was filed twice as suicide by the Sienese judiciary. Preliminary investigation to the CSM

If the Sienese prosecutor has taken over the investigations on Rossi's death, the chief prosecutor of the city of the Palio, Salvatore Vitello, and the president of the court of Siena Roberto Carrelli Palombi, could in turn come under the attention of the First Commission of the CSM after that the Presidency Committee of the CSM has transmitted the request of the lay person of Fi Pierantonio Zanettin to open a case on the two magistrates in relation to the investigation into the death of the head of communication of the MPS.
