July 01, 2021Fiduciary isolation for five days for those who have stayed in or passed through the United Kingdom in the two weeks prior to entering Italy: this is foreseen by the rules communicated today by the Farnesina with respect to the England-Ukraine European Championship, scheduled for Saturday evening in Rome .  



Restrictions also apply to arrivals from Ukraine. The fiduciary isolation, in this case, is ten days.   



"Anyone who arrives in Italy to attend the matches of the Euro 2020 European football championship is subject to the measures in force for all other trips", reads the Farnesina website. "In particular, in view of the England-Ukraine match that will take place on Saturday 3 July at the Olympic Stadium in Rome, we remind you that those who have stayed or passed through the United Kingdom in the 14 days prior to entering Italy must: undergo a swab within 48 hours prior to entry; undergo fiduciary isolation for five days; perform a new swab at the end of isolation ".   



The text further informs: "Anyone who, in the 14 days prior to entry into Italy, has stayed or transited in Ukraine or other countries in list E of annex 20 of the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 2 March 2021 must: undergo swab in the 48 hours prior to entry; undergo fiduciary isolation for ten days; perform a new swab at the end of isolation ".   



The Farnesina states that "no exceptions are allowed in favor of those staying in Italy for a few hours".   



The text also reads: "Access to the stadium will therefore be allowed only to those who can prove that they have respected the fiduciary isolation and are in possession of the results of the two negative swabs. Furthermore, the additional health measures provided by the authorities must be scrupulously respected. Italians for entry to the stadium (including additional swabs or possession of a green certificate recognized in Italy) ".
