Earlier in June, the public prosecutor decided that the police should now be able to issue immediate fines on the spot.

- The new means a simplified form of handling for the police.

It has previously been possible to get a fine for disturbing by playing loud music, but then the police have first had to write a report, start a preliminary investigation, contact prosecutors and so on, says Johan Bülow at the Public Prosecutor's Office.

Anything that bothers

But Hugo Carlberg, chairman of Fagersta MK's youth section, thinks that there is still a lack of clarity about how loud you can play and that it is arbitrary what is disturbing.

- Even if we epa young people can turn it down quite well, people still call and give us shit, he says.

In the video, SVT Nyheter Västmanland and Hugo call chamber prosecutor Johan Bülow to hear why there is no decibel limit.
