"As a public official, I apologize for causing concern to the people," Lee said, but expressed regret that "the prosecution is a very unfair decision, whether based on a legal or common sense decision."



However, he explained the reason for the resignation, saying, "As the secretary of the senior civil affairs office in charge of adjudication, I deeply considered concerns about job fairness and the burden of running state affairs.
