Putin signed a law to protect the debtor's minimum income from write-offs

The corresponding document has been published on the official portal of legal information.

Thus, the salary and other incomes of the debtor citizen, equal to the subsistence minimum of the able-bodied population in Russia as a whole, are included in the list of property that cannot be collected according to executive documents.

The law gives citizens the right to contact the Federal Bailiff Service and indicate an account from which it will not be possible to write off such an amount.

Earlier it became known that the cost of living in Russia in 2022 will be 11,950 rubles.
