It is also known that the justice authorities received three protocols in relation to Telegram, drawn up in accordance with a similar article.

Such violations provide for penalties of up to four million rubles for each protocol.

In May, the Tagansky district court in Moscow fined Telegram a total of five million rubles for refusing to delete information about protests.

The Petersburg court previously fined VKontakte 1.5 million rubles.
