The Rhone Assize Court is looking from this Monday on the ordeal of a 14-year-old teenager, lived in July 2018. This young girl was humiliated, kidnapped, raped and tortured for a story of revenge.

The schoolgirl, locked up for two days in an abandoned house in Villeurbanne, was beaten and raped by a gang of young people, girls and boys aged 14 to 17.
Five of them, whom she knew, will be tried for these facts or for complicity.
Whipped, beaten and filmed during torture sessions
At the time, the victim was living in Beaujolais, in a home from which she had just run away.
Driving in the Cusset district of Villeurbanne, the teenager was forced to undress to be whipped with cables by one of the young girls then beaten with a board while the accomplices filmed the scenes with their mobile phones in order to post them on the networks.
The abuse redoubled: the victim was kicked and then forced under the threat of a knife to perform oral sex on one of the protagonists.
The former boyfriend of the teenager, is suspected of having ordered these acts of torture in order to avenge his brother against whom the victim had filed a complaint for rape.
Investigators subsequently found the videos shot, which corroborated the girl's words.
