Yesterday, the Arab Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen announced the interception and destruction of five “booby-trapped” drones and two ballistic missiles launched by the Houthi militia towards Saudi Arabia, while two planes were shot down in the Al-Kasara area, west of Marib, which witnessed the army’s advance on the Dashush, Al-Zour and Al-Balaq fronts. The militias continued their combat escalation in Tharat Al-Bayda and the western coast of Yemen.

In detail, yesterday, the coalition announced the interception and destruction of five "booby-trapped" drones and two ballistic missiles launched by the militias towards Saudi Arabia.

A statement published by the Saudi Press Agency "SPA" stated that the Saudi defenses intercepted and destroyed a ballistic missile launched by the terrorist Houthi militia towards the city of Khamis Mushait, and a ballistic missile launched by the Houthi militia towards the city of Najran was also intercepted and destroyed.

In a third statement, the coalition also announced the destruction of a "booby-trapped" drone launched by the Houthi militia towards Khamis Mushait.

This comes after the coalition announced yesterday evening that it had intercepted and destroyed four “booby-trapped” drones launched by the militias towards southern Saudi Arabia.

The coalition pointed to the continued attempts of the Houthi militia to deliberately target civilians and civilian objects in the Kingdom, and stressed that operational measures were taken to protect civilians and deal with the imminent threat.

In Marib, the air defenses of the government forces and tribes managed to shoot down two drones, which the militias launched towards the al-Kasara front, west of the city, where they were shot down before reaching their targets.

Meanwhile, local and field sources confirmed, in Sirwah, west of Marib, the arrival of camouflaged Houthi combat vehicles carrying ballistic missiles to the forests in the city, hours before the launch of missiles towards the Saudi border.

On the field hunting, the army and tribes forces were able to regain control of the Al-Dashush area in the Al-Kasara front, and launched a counterattack on the Houthi militias.

Field sources confirmed full control of the Dashush front in Al-Mashjah, reaching Maisarah, Qalb, Maymanah, Al-Balaq and Al-Zour, where the militias were inflicted with dozens of dead and wounded, in addition to the capture of a number of their members, including a field leader.

The sources confirmed that about 82 Houthis were killed on the Al-Zour and Al-Mushajah fronts, while the militias continued to send their mobilizations to the Al-Zour and Dhanna fronts.

For its part, the coalition fighters launched a series of supportive raids on Houthi sites, reinforcements and groups in Sirwah and the vicinity of Al-Mashjah, Al-Kasara and Al-Jadaan, which left many dead and wounded among the Houthi elements.

The coalition fighters also targeted Houthi reinforcements in Haylan Junction and Raghwan district, which were on their way to the seam fronts in western Marib.

In Al-Jawf, the army and tribes forces completed securing the Khalif Al-Zohour mountain range, which is close to the western gate of the Khanjar camp in the Khub Wal Sha`af district, east of Al-Hazm city.

In Al-Dhalea, field sources confirmed the death and injury of many Houthi elements in a new infiltration attempt.

In Al-Bayda, the Houthi militia continued its targeting of villages and residential areas in Aqabat Thara, between Al-Bayda and Abyan, for the second day in a row.

In Hodeidah, four civilians from Tuhayta were injured by a mine planted by the Houthi militia, as part of a wide network of mines in Tuhayta threatening the lives of dozens of families and farmers.
