Putin noted the absence of territorial claims between Russia and China

"It is important that the absence of mutual territorial claims and the determination of the two countries to turn the common border into a belt of eternal peace and friendship are recorded," the Kremlin press service quotes the Russian president.

According to him, Russia and China have done a lot for this, including in the work on the border.

He noted that the Russian and Chinese sides have achieved a result acceptable to both countries.

Earlier, Putin and Xi Jinping officially announced the extension of the Russian-Chinese treaty on good-neighborliness, friendship and cooperation.
