The oncoming car made a overtaking at very high speed.
The car where Sara and her friends were traveling had nowhere to turn.
The collision was inevitable.
Sara sat on the front passenger side and was the only one who survived the crash.
- I thought I would call for help but I could not, Sara says.
She lost her best friend and the guy who felt right for her in the car accident.
Her dog Diva also died.
Ever since the night of April 23, Sara Edström Trulsen has had the goal of meeting the stranger who opened her arms and received her, when she staggered on broken legs from the car wreck on road 205 between Degerfors and Karlskoga.

Talked to Sara
Sara took care of the car wreck on her own.
At the same time, Angelica, who lives right next to road 205, was awake and called SOS when she saw that there was a fire on the road.
She went out and then Sara staggered towards her.
- She sits down first and then she goes to bed because she has such a stomach ache, Angelica says.
During the rescue operation, she sits with Sara all the time and talks to her so she stays awake.
Ever since the ambulance helicopter took off, Angelica has wondered how things went for Sara.
Two months of waiting are over, when she finally gets to see her come walking again.
