Also, Putin instructed Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova to ensure all the necessary sanitary and epidemiological measures in Crimea.

In addition, the head of state instructed the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Yevgeny Zinichev to build up the group and take the necessary measures for emergency liquidation of the consequences.
