According to the investigation carried out by the Swedish Health and Care Inspectorate, which SVT Nyheter Stockholm has read, there have been test activities at more than 30 clinics in the country that are listed on the company's websites with names such as provtagning.com, doktorgruppen.com and abcure.com.

According to Ivo, shortcomings have occurred at several receptions in Stockholm and Malmö, among other places, where the authority has carried out inspections.

Ivo has now issued a temporary ban on Alva Assistance to conduct business, which is valid for a maximum of six months.

When Ivo made inspections, the staff was unable to describe how the PCR tests were packaged, picked up or transported to the laboratory.

At all receptions, the staff has stated that a transport company will come and pick up the tests several times a day, but no bid came during the time Ivo was on site.

Inadequate personal data

During an inspection at the laboratory in Kista, where the young woman's company is the responsible owner, there were notes with incomplete personal data on test tubes in a refrigerator.

It was not possible to answer which doctor issued the test certificates.

Ivo assesses that there has been cheating where pcr tests were not analyzed before the receptions issued negative test results.

The three suspects are residents of Stockholm County.

All three are suspected of grossly false certification, grossly spreading infection or causing danger to others and gross fraud.

All deny the crime.

- She denies the crime and feels bad about the arrest, says the woman's defense lawyer Alain Soussi.

Has worked at the company for a month

The 31-year-old defense lawyer Jonas von Heidenstam says that his client worked at the company for a month.

- He has not done anything criminal and does not know that any crime has been committed, he says.

According to Ivo's investigation, the 34-year-old is the newly appointed CEO of Alva Assistance.

He also denies any wrongdoing, according to his lawyer.

Otherwise, none of the defense lawyers want to comment on the case further.

District Attorney Alexandra Bittner, who is leading the preliminary investigation, does not want to go into whether there are more suspects in the case.
