A parliamentary election was held in Armenia, the former Soviet Union, which was virtually defeated in last year's military clash over the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh.

Armenia was virtually defeated in a military clash with neighboring Azerbaijan over the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh last year, and Pashinyan, who was the prime minister, resigned and acted as prime minister in April after being forced to resign from the opposition. I was planning to hold a parliamentary election.

The parliamentary elections were voted on the 20th, and according to the Armenian Election Commission, the votes counted so far have reached about 54% for the party led by Mr. Pashinyan.

In response to this, Mr. Pashinyan wrote on SNS on the 21st, "Our party will occupy the majority and the administration I will lead will be established," and expressed his intention to become prime minister again.

Regarding the reason why Mr. Pashinyan's party won while being held responsible for the defeat, the local media said, "As the country is exhausted by the battle, the people have chosen to continue Mr. Pashinyan who promised to solve economic problems. Now, I wish for a peaceful and quiet life and the development of the country. "
