The January parties 'latest bid to resolve the government crisis is to let the housing market parties - the Tenants' Association, the Property Owners and Sweden's Public Benefit - negotiate a solution for renting in new construction.
But the Left Party nobbed it - and party leader Nooshi Dadgostar has on Sunday repeated the demand that the proposal for free rent, item 44, be removed from the negotiating table.
- We are a government base, just as important as the Center Party, but have not been involved in the negotiation of 73 points that the January agreement entails, and which the government implements.
What we have said is that we are now appealing to keep the government base, not to implement a single one of the 73 points.
