Yesterday morning, His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, chaired the meeting of the Ministerial Council for Development, which was held at Qasr Al Watan Complex in Abu Dhabi.
