Jean-Laurent Félizia, candidate of the social and ecological gathering, announced that he would stay in the second round of regional elections.
It is therefore a triangular which promises to be in Paca, with Renaud Muselier (LR) and Thierry Mariani (RN).

"We have decided, if the final results confirm the trends, to maintain the voice of the left and the ecology in the second round of this election," said Jean-Laurent Félizia.
"We did not propose to the voters of the left and the ecology to vote for their ideas, to then propose to them to disappear and to be erased during the next six years", he added strongly of his 16.5% collected in the first round.
According to the latest estimates, the RN candidate would collect between 33% and 35.7% of the votes, the LR candidate between 30 and 34.5%.
