Today we are seriously talking about what is needed opportunities for using mother capital to purchase a car, for example, for a large family.
Because a means of transportation for large families is very important, ”concluded Bessarab.
According to the deputy, families with children and their support are "a very important component for state policy" in Russia.
Bessarab added that it is very important to "introduce a single concept of a large family" throughout the entire Russian Federation.
