“For this, we propose to allocate significant funds from the budget - up to 70 billion rubles, which could be directed to the development of a software platform for accurate design of epidemiological models, to create conditions for the development of modern laboratory infrastructure, training of highly qualified specialists,” Medvedev said.
He also added that the need to create such a system is due to the acute situation developing with the coronavirus pandemic.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to implement in the country a program to create a system of medical rehabilitation, designed for a period until 2026, in the amount of at least 100 billion rubles.
