Aviation was involved in extinguishing the fire on the Luzhnetskaya Embankment in Moscow

"According to the press service of the Department of Civil Defense and Security, on June 19, two fire-fighting helicopters of the Moscow Aviation Center took off at Luzhnetskaya Embankment 2/4, building 4," the department said.

It is noted that to eliminate fire, Ka-32A helicopters are equipped with a special spillway device VSU-5, with which pilots can discharge up to 5 tons of water onto the fire site at a time.

Earlier it was reported that a fire broke out at a pyrotechnics warehouse on the Luzhnetskaya embankment in Moscow.

There were reports of multiple explosions.
