It was Monday, May 31, that a 28-year-old man was shot dead, in the middle of the day in central Husby.

The man must first have been shot outside a hairdressing salon and then chased by two perpetrators on an electric scooter.

The victim must have had a leading role in the criminal Husby network and the shooting is linked to some form of settlement between criminal groups.

The 28-year-old died on the spot.

Five people suspected

A total of five people are now suspected of involvement in the murder.

One was arrested, but was released at the request of the prosecutor.

- He is formally still a suspect, but the degree of suspicion has weakened considerably, says chamber prosecutor Alexandra Bittner.

Another is detained by the Court of Appeal in his absence.

He is suspected of murder.

- He is of course wanted.

When we find him, there will be a hearing in the Court of Appeal, says Alexandra Bittner.

"Do not want to comment"

In addition, one person is in custody, suspected of aiding and abetting, and now two more people are requested to be detained, both suspected of murder.

Otherwise, Alexandra Bittner does not want to say more about the investigation situation.

- I do not want to comment on it at the moment.

The act was committed in central Husby, one afternoon on a weekday, so there were a lot of people on site, which seems extremely ruthless, she says.
