The Director General of the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense, Brigadier General Mohammed Ibrahim Al Ameri, explained that the authority's teams were able to carry out their duty to extinguish the fire and evacuate the building in record time, thanks to the high readiness represented by the firefighting, rescue and ambulance teams, and all the participating police and security teams, which dealt with high efficiency with the fire and securing roads. for the arrival of the fire brigade.

Al-Amiri confirmed that the teams worked with great professionalism to limit the fire and put it out, while the concerned authorities investigated the fire accident to find out its causes and circumstances, and investigations are still ongoing.

The Director General of the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority praised the efforts of the Traffic and Patrols Directorate at Abu Dhabi Police in alerting drivers to the closure of some roads leading to the accident site and diverting traffic to alternative roads. .
