Sharjah Electricity takes advantage of modern applications to pay fees

The Director of the Customer Service Department at the Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority, Hamed Taher Al-Haj, stated that the authority is working to benefit from the diversity of payment methods, especially modern technological applications.

The authority provides multiple ways to pay consumption bills, including its website, SEWA smart application, banks and exchange centers, and communication devices.

The Deputy Director of the Customer Service Department, Hussein Askar, confirmed that the electronic transformation in receiving and completing subscriber requests will contribute to the speedy completion of requests, pointing out that the services that were transformed electronically include: a request for tariff adjustment, requests to review the added amounts, notes on the increase in water consumption, requests for installments, and a request New subscriber registration “starting the service”, requesting account closure, grievances and general inquiries
