“Due to the shutdown of two turbo feed pumps, power unit No. 2 was disconnected from the power grid,” the KhNPP official website says.
It is noted that the incident is not essential for safety.
The radiation situation is at a level corresponding to the normal operation of power units.
Earlier, the first power unit of the BelNPP was put into commercial operation in Belarus.
