During Friday evening, an alarm was received by the police, and a man was found shot in a residential area in Bålsta.
- We saw policemen sneaking around everywhere with bulletproof vests and they were on our plot and around here around the plots, they probably surrounded the house.
It felt very uncomfortable but I did not hear any shots, says a neighbor.
"Quiet neighborhood"
The shot man later died of his injuries and a woman was arrested on suspicion of murder.
- Luckily we have sleeping pills so we could sleep during the night, says a neighbor.
He describes the neighborhood as very quiet, and gets support from another man who lives on the same street.
- It is usually one of the quietest streets in the area otherwise.
