With the disappearance of foreign technical intern trainees, the Immigration Bureau of Japan has been conducting new technical intern training from four sending organizations in Vietnam, which have been missing many people for at least half a year since August. I decided to stop accepting raw food.

According to the Immigration Bureau of Japan, the number of foreign technical intern trainees disappeared in the last year, reaching 5885, and has been on the rise in recent years. We are taking measures to prevent disappearance, such as conducting group inspections.

As part of this, in order to strengthen measures against foreign institutions that send out technical intern trainees, the Immigration Bureau of Japan has reported four disappearances in Vietnam for at least half a year since August. We have decided to stop accepting new technical intern trainees from the sending agency.

This is the first time that a foreign sending agency has taken measures to disallow acceptance due to the large number of disappearances.

The Immigration Bureau of Japan says, "Through this measure, we would like to accurately understand the cause of the disappearance and use it for future measures."
