18 June 2021 "UEFA are delighted that capacity at Wembley will increase by at least 50% for knockout stage matches."

So Uefa on the increase in spectators during the Europeans in the English stadium of Wembley in London.

"At the moment, we are in discussions with local authorities to try to allow supporters of participating teams to attend matches, using a rigorous test and bubble system which would mean their stay in the UK would be less than 24 hours and their travel would be limited to approved transportation and locations only. We understand the pressures facing the government and hope that we can come to a satisfactory conclusion to our discussions on the matter. There is always a contingency plan, but we are confident that the last week will held in London ".

The Times newspaper reported Friday that Budapest could be the alternative venue to consider if Wembley were unable to accommodate traveling fans.
