The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine added the frontman of the group "Earthlings" to the black list

"To update the list of persons posing a threat to national security, adding the face of Skachkov Sergei Rostislavovich," says the document signed by the head of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine Alexander Tkachenko.

In January 2021, the list of persons who "pose a threat to the national security" of Ukraine was added by Russian artists Alyona Apina and Yulia Glebova.
