On Thursday, the clowns from Kultursjukhuset visited the day activity Gläntan for the second time.
It started as a joint initiative of the hospital clowns and staff at Gläntan.
And the two visits have been appreciated, both by staff and participants.
Both sponsors and the municipality of Habo are behind the construction.
- We went around to a few entrepreneurs here in Habo and also talked to the manager at Gnistan and everyone thought it was a good project and then they contributed but finances so that we could start this up, says Lotten Sjönneby.
Helén Svensson, staff at Gläntan, notices that the participants become much calmer the days the clowns have been there and hopes for more visits.

Hope for more visits
Ann-Louise Gillek, unit manager Habo municipality, is positive about the clown visits.
She says that they will now evaluate the positive effects of the visits to see if they can continue even after the summer.
- It is very important, based on their disease picture, to stimulate a good day.
And it is important for relatives to get that relief.
We at Habo municipality want to be at the forefront when it comes to taking care of our elderly, says Ann-Louise Gillek.
