In February last year, the women visited the repository to visit their friend who was to be deported.

One woman, who was carrying a suitcase on wheels, left the locked living room first.

A moment later, the other woman called staff and stated that the man had not returned after a toilet visit.

It then turned out that he had deviated from the repository.

The bag is considerably heavier

Surveillance photos from the site show that the suitcase that the woman had with her was considerably heavier when she left, compared to when she arrived at the repository.

Gävle District Court can therefore determine that he was smuggled out of the repository in the bag.

The women, who themselves have denied the crime, are now sentenced for promoting flight.

The penalty for both of them is determined to a suspended sentence and they must pay 22,500 and 20,000 kronor in daily fines.
