The Military Prosecutor's Office Investigation Deliberation Committee of the Ministry of National Defense recommended that the Ministry of National Defense Prosecutor's Office on the 18th (18th) detain and prosecute Sgt.
The Investigation Deliberation Committee held a meeting from 3 pm to 11:30 pm yesterday and added a review opinion that some actions of Sgt. Jang may fall under the Act on Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes, etc., along with recommendations for indictment.
In response, the prosecution said that it has decided to actively review the committee's opinion.
The committee deliberated on whether to prosecute Sgt. Mo, who drove the vehicle in which the sexual harassment occurred, on charges of aiding and abetting forcible molestation, but decided not to prosecute as it was determined that the charges of aiding and abetting were not recognized in terms of evidence or legal principles.
