Because chips with sourcream & onion contain milk powder which is an allergen, this can be harmful to some.

The milk powder is not marked on the bags for grill chips, Axfood writes in a press release.

- This is unfortunate and we are, as always, looking seriously when something like this happens.

We are now investigating everything with the supplier, as well as how we can ensure that it does not happen again, says Susanna Wadegård, Axfood's quality manager.

The chip bags that are stopped weigh 200 grams and have the best before date 26 November 2021.

Axfood writes in the press release that they regret what happened and urge consumers to return the product in question, for a fee, to the store where it was purchased.
