Appointed Qiu Qiwen as the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment; appointed Zhao Chongjiu as the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport; appointed Tan Zuojun as the Deputy Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council; appointed Gong Weibin as the Director of Education (Deputy Minister level) of the National School of Administration.
Zhu Tianshu was removed from the post of Deputy Minister of the Veterans Affairs Department; Sun Da was removed from the post of Deputy Director of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
