- Cars drive cross-country here and often far too fast.

I always follow my son to school, there are risks with this road, said Jennie Magnusson who SVT's reporter met outside Tenhultsskolan in Jönköping municipality before the traffic measurements were to begin.

Four out of five road users drove too fast outside the schools in Gislaved and Vaggeryd, this is the result of the measurements made by the National Association for the Promotion of Road Safety, NTF, together with Länsförsäkringar.

Measurements over two weeks

The traffic measurements were carried out during weeks 20 and 21 outside eleven schools in the county.

- The reactions have been very positive about this collaboration, both from the municipalities and the schools.

It is important to raise the issue of the issue, said Daniel Kvarnström, operations manager of NTF Jönköping, before the test weeks.

In the fact box below you can see the results for each individual school.

In the clip, you hear Jennie Magnusson tell more about how she thinks the traffic is outside her son's school.
